This 0x800CCC0E error message is generally caused due to one of the most common reasons –
- Incorrect account settings.
- Internet connection is not connected to the system.
- Outlook profile of the user is damaged.
- E-mail item on the POP3 server is damaged.
- Incorrect configuration of anti-virus software.
- In correct configuration of personal firewall software and so on.
